Most clients are live on our infrastructure within 48 hours. We handle the migration end-to-end.

Are there setup fees?
No. All packages are exactly the price listed.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. All packages bill annually but you can cancel anytime — we'll refund the unused portion.
Why did prices increase?
We've held prices flat for years while costs (infrastructure, support, security) have risen. The new pricing reflects what it actually costs to deliver hosting at our standards. Existing customers stay on their current pricing.
I'm an existing customer — does this affect me?
No. Your current pricing is grandfathered for as long as you stay with us. New pricing only applies to new accounts.
What if I outgrow my package?
We help you upgrade to the right tier. No penalties, no fees, no friction.
What happens if my site has a problem at 2am?
For Pro and Enterprise clients, we have on-call coverage. For Start and Business, we respond first thing in the morning.
Do you host WordPress?
Yes, but we're not WordPress specialists. If WordPress is mission-critical to you, you might be better served by a dedicated WordPress host.
Can I bring my domain from another registrar?
Yes. We work with any domain. We can also handle domain registration and management for you.
What's your refund policy?
30-day money-back guarantee on all packages. After 30 days, we refund unused months pro-rata.
Do you provide SSL certificates?
Yes. SSL is included on every package, automatically renewed, no extra cost.
Is my data backed up off-site?
Yes. All packages include daily local backups. Business and above include weekly off-site retention. Pro and above include hourly backups.
What's your data center location?
Our infrastructure is located in the EU for GDPR compliance. Specific data center details available on request.
